Our Booking Process

 

 

 

Step 1

There are three ways of booking your appointment

 

1. Join up through our partner platform, The Wellbeing Doctors (and their app beHelfy) and book directly through the calendar link. beHelfy is a secure electronic patient record which we use in order to maintain clinical governance and CQC registration. The site offers an easily downloadable app which gives you real time access to your patient notes, investigations and treatment plans.

2. Through the Calendly link . I will then send you a form to complete your details and from there you will be added to the beHelfy website (see above)

3. Send me an email through the contact form. I have appointment flexibility if you see a time that doesn't suit you, including evening and weekends.

Step 2

You will be asked for your basic details and depending on your appointment type, sent some questionnaires to complete in advance so that I can best understand your symptoms and reasons for seeking advice.

Step 3

We will meet in our beautiful clinic space for a relaxed appointment where we can work in partnership to help you achieve better health and wellbeing.

Step 4

You will receive a link to purchase the recommended blood test package (if appropriate) which can be done at home via finger prick or at a local Superdrug store (small phlebotomy charge payable directly) .

Relavent prescriptions will also be issued via our trusted pharmacy supplier, Pharmacierge, who will deliver directly to your home.

Step 5

We will agree a recommended follow up interval
