a holistic GP and the founder of Cedar Medical. With over 25 years of medical experience, including more than a decade at a prestigious Harley Street practice, I have made it my life's work to guide women through the complexities of hormonal health. My practice is built on the belief that every woman deserves individualised care rooted in the latest medical evidence and tailored to her unique needs. These years can impact hormonal health, cardiovascular risk, metabolic health, and even future risk for conditions like osteoporosis and cancer. As a GP with an extended role in lifestyle medicine and women's health, I am dedicated to supporting women so they can feel empowered, informed, and well at every stage. Addressing these changes proactively can unlock better energy, improved mood, reduced disease risk, and healthier ageing.
My Approach to Holistic Health
At Cedar Medical, I offer much more than a traditional GP service. Rooted in a holistic approach to women's health, my work combines advanced biomarker testing, lifestyle medicine for healthy ageing, and evidence-based therapies, like HRT, when appropriate. I provide support for a wide range of concerns, from menstrual irregularities and perimenopause to preventative healthcare, helping women throughout Godalming and Surrey thrive during midlife and beyond.
